Update the Drupal core constraint from ~11.3.0 to ~11.4.0 on the 10.1.x branch (used by Varbase 10.1.x) in composer.json and varbase_search.info.yml so it supports Drupal 11.4 (released 1 July 2026).

This MR also brings the module up to the strict-gating CI standard: the self-contained build+validate .gitlab-ci.yml is replaced with the drupalci template pipeline pinned to Drupal core 11.4.0 (IGNORE_PROJECT_DRUPAL_CORE_VERSION, _ALL_VALIDATE_ALLOW_FAILURE: "0"), where every validate job runs allow_failure: false. A webship-js (Playwright + Cucumber-js) BDD suite verifies Varbase Search end-to-end on a freshly installed Standard site (Search API DB server, content index, search results page, front-end search box).
