  • fix: #3612207 — Remove mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient and resolve CKEditor Media Resize via the vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 fork (Drupal core ~11.4), through Varbase Editor 10.1.5. Fresh lock-less composer install now resolves without the lenient plugin. Adds extra.composer-patches.ignore-dependency-patches so a broken dependency-declared patch no longer aborts the build.

This MR: version 10.1.x-dev → 10.1.3, regenerated committed composer.lock + patches.lock.json (locks Varbase Editor 10.1.5 + vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0, no lenient), README badge, CHANGELOG.
