Remove mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient from the Varbase Project template 10.1.x, now that Varbase Editor 10.1.5 (#3612192) requires the vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 fork (which replaces drupal/ckeditor_media_resize and declares Drupal core ~11.4 natively). Mirrors the 11.0.x line.

  • composer.json: remove mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient from require and config.allow-plugins, delete the extra.drupal-lenient block, and add extra.composer-patches.ignore-dependency-patches: ["drupal/*", "drupal/ai_context"].
  • .gitlab-ci.yml: remove the global mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient bootstrap in before_script and the stale lenient comments.

Lock-less dev branch (no committed locks). Verified in a fresh container with no global lenient: composer update resolves cleanly — pulls Varbase Editor 10.1.5 + vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 (no downgrade to 1.0.0), drupal/ckeditor_media_resize replaced/absent, drupal/core 11.4.4, no lenient, exit 0.

Note: the now-unused drupal/ckeditor_media_resize #3607786 patch still ships in vardot/varbase-patches 10.1.x — it's inert here (its target package is replaced by the fork) and is being removed separately on the varbase-patches 10.1.x branch.
