Back to DEV after the Varbase Project 11.0.5 release.

  • composer.json: version 11.0.5 → 11.0.x-dev; vardot/varbase and vardot/varbase-patches ~11.0.0 → 11.0.x-dev.
  • Removed the release lock files composer.lock and patches.lock.json — the 11.0.x dev branch is lock-less (installs resolve fresh via composer update); they are re-committed only for a tagged release.

Kept lenient-free: mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient is NOT re-added (composer.json or CI). Resolution goes through the vardot/ckeditor_media_resize 2.0.0 fork via Varbase Editor Base. .gitlab-ci.yml already runs composer update and needs no change. README badge stays at 11.0.5 (points at the latest release).
