Prepares the Varbase Project template 9.2.0 release. Part of #3608864.

This is the first stable release of the Varbase Project 9.2.x line — the Drupal ~11.4-only continuation of the 9.1.x line, for upgrading existing Varbase 9.1.x sites (new projects use Varbase 11.0.x).

  • composer.json: version 9.1.x-dev → 9.2.0; vardot/varbase + vardot/varbase-patches 9.2.x-dev → ~9.2.0.
  • Generated composer.lock + patches.lock.json for the stable stack — vardot/varbase 9.2.0, vardot/varbase-patches 9.2.94, vardot/drupal-core-patches 11.4.0.4, drupal/core 11.4.1 (343 packages, 39 patched).
  • README version badge already 9.2.0.
