Fixes the README links on the Varbase Project 9.2.x branch: switch the profile / tests / scripts / UPDATE / CHANGELOG references from github.com (9.1.x) to git.drupalcode.org (9.2.x) — the tests now live in Varbase Project — and repoint the removed Lando docs page to the installing-varbase index. The Varbase Slack link is kept. All links verified (no 404s except the intentionally-kept Slack).
