Migrate all Varbase Behat acceptance features to webship-js (Playwright + Cucumber-js) and run them in GitLab CI for the classic Varbase 9.2.x profile install, following varbase_project 11.0.x (#3592934). 12 feature folders (01-website-base-requirements .. 15-quality), the webship harness (cucumber.js, playwright.config, step-definitions), and a self-contained .gitlab-ci.yml that installs Varbase with drush site:install varbase and runs one parallel job per feature folder.

Note: the webship-js-test install is currently gated on Drupal core #3606822 (synthetic kernel service on classic site:install with theme OOP hooks); the test job is allow_failure until that core fix lands.
