Closes #3624772.

Sets the recipe version to 1.0.0-alpha1 and pins the five Varbase cross-dependencies to their released constraints, so the recipe resolves against tagged siblings instead of dev branches:

  • drupal/varbase_components 4.0.x-dev -> ~4.0.0
  • drupal/varbase_content_base 1.0.x-dev -> ~1.0.0
  • drupal/varbase_media_base 1.0.x-dev -> ~1.0.0
  • drupal/varbase_seo_base 1.0.x-dev -> ~1.0.0
  • drupal/varbase_workflow_base 1.0.x-dev -> ~1.0.0

The contrib constraints and drupal/core: ~11.4.0 are unchanged.

Also: the README version badge, the CHANGELOG Unreleased section moved into 1.0.0-alpha1, and the README, CHANGELOG and AGENTS.md text that still described the separate audio file and audio URL fields that #3624729 replaced with one media reference field.
