Varbase Project 11.0.x-dev no longer ships a yarn.lock (#3629850), so yarn install in .site takes this recipe's own package.json as the Yarn project root and stops with a Usage Error, as it already does on varbase_events_base (job 12789375).

An empty yarn.lock in .site keeps the test site a separate Yarn project. It is a no-op if Varbase Project ships a lock again.
