fix: #3625563 Podcast wording promises things the recipe does not have

Rajab Natshahrequested to merge
issue/varbase_podcasts_base-3625563:3625563-wording into 1.0.x

Closes #3625563. "Shown episodes:" on the listing, a recipe description that names the real fields, and a shorter Episode number help text.
