Back to DEV after the 1.0.0-beta1 release: reset the recipe composer.json version to 1.0.x-dev and the drupal/varbase_content_base, drupal/varbase_media_base, drupal/varbase_seo_base, and drupal/varbase_workflow_base cross-dependencies back to their x-dev constraints so the development branch tracks the dev line again.
