The vlplb Editor permission config grants create / edit any / view revisions / configure-layout-overrides on landing_page_lb, but not translate landing_page_lb node — Editors could not translate the Homepage / Layout Builder landing pages. Add it to modules/vlplb/config/permissions/user.permissions.editor.yml.
