Closes #3608599.

Move the Landing page bundle configs (node type, fields, displays, pathauto, rabbit_hole, metatag, language) from config/optional/ into recipes/default/config/, so the Recipe system imports them before applying grantPermissions in the same recipe — fixes "Non-existent permission(s) assigned to roles" on install and the resulting "Access denied" for Editor/Content Admin/Site Admin on /node/add/landing_page. Same fix as 10.1.x's #3535703.
