Back to DEV after the Varbase Events Base 1.0.0-alpha2 release.

  • composer.json: reset version to 1.0.x-dev.
  • composer.json: reset every drupal/varbase_* cross-dependency to its dev line, so the dev branch tracks dev:
    • drupal/varbase_components ~4.0.0 -> 4.0.x-dev
    • drupal/varbase_content_base ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev
    • drupal/varbase_media_base ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev
    • drupal/varbase_seo_base ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev
    • drupal/varbase_workflow_base ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev

These are pinned back to released ~X.Y.0 constraints on the next release.
