Match the events listing exposed-filter labels to the VBE Stylesheet design (Figma node 12050:6856).

Resolves part of #3610873.

What / why

The fulltext Search filter in views.view.events (both display blocks) still read "Search by" / "Search by..." after the Industry filter was dropped in !3 (merged). The design (VBE Stylesheet, node 12050:6856) calls for a more descriptive label and placeholder:

  • exposed label: Search by -> Search by keyword
  • placeholder_text: Search by... -> Enter keyword...

No other config changed - reset_button, items_per_page, the Type filter and component wiring are untouched.
