CKEditor Media Resize 1.1.1 (released 2026-07-29) merged upstream MR !30 (#3607786) and now supports Drupal core ~11.4. This drops the temporary vardot/ckeditor_media_resize: ~2.0.0 fork (from #3611489 / #3612192) in favor of the upstream drupal/ckeditor_media_resize: ~1.1.0, and removes the now-unneeded _LENIENT_ALLOW_LIST CI workaround.

Out of scope: dropping the runtime ckeditor_media_resize info.yml patch in vardot/varbase-patches (10.1.x) belongs in a separate issue in that repo.

Verified locally with gitlab-ci-local (composer-lint, cspell, eslint, stylelint, phpcs, phpstan) - all green, and composer resolves drupal/ckeditor_media_resize to 1.1.1 without the lenient allow-list.
