Replaces the unsupported ECA Helper (SA-CONTRIB-2026-193) with a varbase_core_http_request ECA action that sets the same response token, switches the managed user login model to it, and adds varbase_core_update_100002 to convert existing models and uninstall ECA Helper when nothing else uses it.

Tested with drush updatedb on Varbase 10.1.x (Drupal 11.4.9, ECA 3.1.9): model converted, modeler loads, login notification still sent.
