MRs !67 (merged)/!75 (merged)/!76 (merged) bumped varbase_core + its 8 top-level submodules to ~11.4.0, but missed 4 deeply-nested default-content submodules under modules/varbase_default_content/varbase_content/. On a fresh Drupal 11.4 install these are still pinned to ~11.3.0, so Drupal treats them as incompatible and install fatals with:

MissingDependencyException: Unable to install modules: module 'varbase_heroslider_homepage' is incompatible
