After MR !75 (merged) bumped the 8 varbase_core submodule core_version_requirement values to ~11.4.0, the canonical 10.1.x pipeline's webship-js-test job started failing with module 'varbase_page' is incompatible with this version of Drupal core.

Root cause: the webship browser job installs on the CI's actual core 11.3.12 (Drupal 11.4 isn't installable through the drupal.org Composer facade yet), and relaxes the checked-out module core_version_requirement for the test site via a find | sed. That sed only scanned $_WEB_ROOT and only matched ~11.4.0 on the top-level module — it never reached the submodule .info.yml files (they live physically under $CI_PROJECT_DIR and are symlinked into the web root, so a plain find did not descend). Their committed ~11.4.0 therefore stayed unrelaxed and could not enable on 11.3.12.

Fix: scan $CI_PROJECT_DIR with find -L (follow the symlinked module tree) and match any ~11.x.0, so every checked-out varbase submodule info.yml is relaxed for the test site only. The committed ~11.4.0 requirement is unchanged.
