Email Registration

• Add Email Registration module to Varbase to allow users to login using Email or username
• Users by default should be able to login with email address or username
• Make sure Varbase works on PHP 8 and MySQL 8. Forked and moved to https://github.com/Vardot/varbase/issues/97
• Tested
