Composer now resolves Twig 3.30.0 on 3.1.x. Twig 3.30.0 compiles core's drupal_escape filter into a direct EscaperRuntime::escape() call, so every page render is a fatal TypeError and varbase-e2e-test fails (fresh branch run: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/varbase_components/-/pipelines/977449).

This requires twig/twig:<3.30 in the composer job's own before_script (a .composer-base pin would be overridden by it). CI only; the module's composer.json is untouched. Remove it once a fixed Twig is out. Same fix as varbase_blog!28 (merged).
