Bumps @vardot/varbase-e2e to ^2.0.7 in package.json, with the lock file regenerated where one exists so yarn install actually resolves 2.0.7 instead of holding the old pin.

2.0.7 makes the accessibility impact gate a ladder: no serious accessibility violations now fails on critical as well.
