Starts the 1.1.x branch (Drupal ~11.4). Sets core_version_requirement and drupal/core to ~11.4.0, removes the module-level extra.patches (and enable-patching/composer-exit-on-patch-failure), converts hook_views_query_alter to an OOP src/Hook/VarbaseCommerceHooks.php class (deletes the .module), and builds the CI on Drupal 11.4 with composer-drupal-lenient for any Commerce contrib without a Drupal 11 release yet.
