• Verified 2026-10-10 on a fresh Drupal CMS build of Varbase Starter (core 11.4.8, Twig 3.30.0, no pin): installs and renders with no errors.
• vardot/drupal-core-patches 11.4.0.8 (released 2026-10-10) dropped patch #3465033, which no longer applied to core 11.4.9, so pipelines on core 11.4.9 can patch again.

The second commit moves the 9.2.x CI off exactly core 11.4.0, which predates the core Twig 3.30 fix, to 11.4.9, since without the Twig pin it must test on a core release that has the fix (drupal-core-patches 11.4.0.8 applies on 11.4.9).
