10.1.x went red (https://git.drupalcode.org/project/varbase_api/-/pipelines/977263): Composer now resolves Twig 3.30.0, which compiles core's drupal_escape filter into a direct EscaperRuntime::escape() call, so every page render is a fatal TypeError and varbase-e2e-test fails 21/22 scenarios.

This requires twig/twig:<3.30 in the composer job's own before_script (a .composer-base pin would be overridden by it). CI only; the module's composer.json is untouched. Remove it once a fixed Twig is out. Same fix as varbase_ai!10 (merged).
