feat: #3616971 Release Varbase AI Figma 1.0.0-rc1

Rajab Natshahrequested to merge
issue/varbase_ai_figma-3616971:3616971-release-rc1 into 1.0.x

Bump the README release badge to 1.0.0-rc1 and add the matching CHANGELOG entry, ahead of tagging Varbase AI Figma 1.0.0-rc1 as part of the Varbase 11.0.0-rc1 suite.

1.0.0-beta1 is already tagged and stays in the repository as a stepping stone; only 1.0.0-rc1 is published as a release.

No functional changes since 1.0.0-beta1.
