Raise the drupal/ai_figma requirement from ^1.0 to ^1.0.1 in composer.json.

Why

drupal/ai_figma 1.0.0 carried the AI Context seeding bug (#3621167): AiFigmaInstaller wrote a grouped scope_id => [value, ...] array into the scope field, which drupal/ai_context 1.0.0-beta5 (https://www.drupal.org/i/3586405) turned into a multi-value scope_id + value field. The resulting InvalidArgumentException was caught and logged as a warning, so recipes reported success while no AI Context item was ever created.

VarbaseAiFigmaInstaller extends AiFigmaInstaller. This module's own path was fixed in #3621159 and released in 1.0.1, but the inherited parent path is only fixed in ai_figma 1.0.1: https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_figma/releases/1.0.1

With ^1.0 a site can still resolve ai_figma 1.0.0 and keep the silent failure. ^1.0.1 closes that.

CHANGELOG.md gains the matching Unreleased entry, per the project's Keep a Changelog convention. No other constraint is touched, and the README requirements list does not pin ai_figma, so it is unchanged.
