fix: #3621823 Remove the orphaned Entity Clone permission grants left behind when the module was removed

Issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/varbase_admin_base/issues/3621823

What

Removes the orphaned clone … entity permission grants from recipe.yml. 13 deletions, no additions; no other file is touched.

Why

#3621449 ("Temporarily remove Entity Clone until it has a stable release", commit 7033d97, now Fixed) removed drupal/entity_clone from composer.json and entity_clone from the recipe install: list, but left the permission grants behind. Every install that applies the recipe now prints three errors:

[error] Non-existent permission(s) assigned to role "Content editor" (content_editor) were removed. Invalid permission(s): clone node entity.

with the same for content_admin and site_admin, each listing all six clone permissions.

What was removed

Role Lines removed
user.role.content_editor 1 (clone node entity)
user.role.content_admin 6
user.role.site_admin 6

The grants come back together with the module when Entity Clone has a stable release, on #3621449.

Verification

  • Reproduced on Drupal CMS 2.1.4 / Drupal core 11.3 / PHP 8.4 / Varbase Starter 1.0.1 / Varbase Admin Base 1.0.1. After the change the same install prints zero errors and zero warnings.
  • recipe.yml still parses as valid YAML; zero clone … entity grants remain; no entity_clone reference remains anywhere in the repo.
  • Local green gate with gitlab-ci-local: build:composer-validate PASS, validate:yaml-lint PASS (0 YAML errors). This project's .gitlab-ci.yml is self-contained and does not include drupal/gitlab_templates, so the whole pipeline genuinely ran locally.
