Return Varbase Admin Base to development after the 1.0.0-rc1 release.

  • composer.json: version 1.0.0-rc1 -> 1.0.x-dev.
  • composer.json: revert the release dependency pins to x-dev:
    • drupal/varbase_recipes: ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev
