• composer.json: revert the pinned component constraints back to their dev branches (drupal/varbase_* ~9.2.0 -> 9.2.x-dev, varbase_layout_builder -> 10.0.x-dev, varbase_workflow -> 2.2.x-dev, vartheme_bs4 -> 9.2.x-dev, vartheme_claro -> 3.1.x-dev, vardot/varbase-patches + vardot/varbase-replaces -> 9.2.x-dev).
