Updates the favicon to the new approved Varbase emblem (the blue smile), following the approved Figma stylesheet (node 6854-99).

The previous favicon used the old blue-square emblem. This fixes the Gin admin favicon, which is set by the Varbase Admin Base recipe via gin.settings.favicon pointing to this profile favicon (profiles/contrib/varbase/images/favicon.ico) — so the fix belongs in the profile (the recipe config already points here correctly).
