Runs the webship-js suite in three parallel jobs, each with its own site. cucumber.js shares the feature files out by scenario count (73 / 72 / 74 of 219); outside a parallel job it runs every file. The drupal.org runners stop a job at 30 minutes whatever timeout: says, so the timeout: 60m goes.
