Issue #3550729: Fix TypeError in 'with' filter when the build array is NULL

Fixes the TypeError when the with filter receives a NULL build array (e.g. an empty field or view result). The parameter becomes ?array and a NULL value is treated as an empty array, consistent with how an empty array already behaves. Adds a functional test case covering it.

Scope is limited to the with filter only.
