Issue #3484625: When there's a path that is a subpath of trans_path, the getOutboundPath function messes up paths from other places

Add TVP test configuration and kernel test class.

Added a new Drupal view configuration to test the TVP Processor Path. Included necessary setups, language configurations, and a kernel test class to ensure proper path alias generation and translation functionalities.
