Prepared initial stable 1.0.0 release of the contrib Toolbar module:

  • Merged over all the revisions of the core Toolbar git tree in 11.x after May 15 2026.
  • Added support for 11.4 by checking whether certain pieces of code still exist in the other Core modules to prevent conflicts.
  • Enabled autowiring for services.
