Issue #3204248: Add hasInnerContainers parameter to settings

Problem/Motivation Currently, Tocbot parameter "hasInnerContainers" is not configurable by the module.

Proposed resolution Add a new field "hasInnerContainers" in settings. Default value was false and will continue be after changes.
