Issue-3305354: modified code to make module compatible with Drupal 10

1. date.formatter and datetime.time services are called statically in patch created by Bot, hence did not used it and called them using dependency injection.
2. In this MR, I have removed deprecated code and made module compatible with Drupal 10.
