Few changes after changes in the THX API

• Set a timeout on guzzle to make sure it doesn't take too long with calls if they are incorrect.
• Add an extra check to see if an account already exists
• Remove the patchreward as the method as this is not needed
• Before giving a reward and the member is not part of the pool try to add him first before failing
