Edit TCKimlikNoItem.php - Use the "general" machine name as field type category in TCKimlikNoItem

Since Drupal 10.2 the category of a field type must be the machine name of a category defined in MODULE_NAME.field_type_categories.yml. The translated label "General" matches none, so with assertions enabled FieldTypePluginManager::getGroupedDefinitions() throws an AssertionError and the "Add field" page returns HTTP 500.
