Issue #3548455 by oana.hulpoi: Merge confirmation page shows incorrect term count

Closes #3548455 The merge confirmation page was showing the count of ALL terms in the vocabulary instead of only the selected terms. For example, selecting 2 terms would show "Are you sure you wish to merge 31 terms?" when the vocabulary had 31 terms total.
