#3335462 Add logo to repository.

James Shields requested to merge issue/symfony_mailer-3335462:3335462_add_logo into 1.x

Add the project logo to the repository as "logo.png". This will allow GitLab to use it as the project logo icon. In the future, it is expected that Project Browser will take project logos from the repository, so placing the logo there puts the project ready for that change.
