Issue #3488793: Resolve "No js" in Views and improved Dialog swiper.

  • It seems that Views formatter had no JS data attached, that should be fixed now.
  • As a Feature/fix, JS code change that does load current active slide in Dialog, the actual slide on which was clicked.
  • A few minor phpstan fixes
