Issue #3461747 - implement big_pipe skeleton placeholder for the activity stream.

  • This is being used on different places; profile stream, group stream and can be added to landing pages.
  • Skeleton template is built up in different sections so you can combine it to make any placeholder you want.
  • Also the scss has been built up with variables to make it more readable.
