Closes #3068223

Applies the re-rolled patch at #19 and:

  • Adds the drupal/core dependency for clipboard library to avoid the "drupal is not defined" error for Anonymous users.
  • Passes the Drupal and drupalSettings objects to the inner function
  • Checks if there are settings to prevent not defined settings.social_media
