A text alternative has been placed in a title attribute of the div elements. These are not read by reading software. A span element can be placed with text that is hidden with CSS. The icon with the number of comments is a link. Here too the text has been placed in a title attribute. This text is not always read by auxiliary software. It is better to also place this text as hidden link text, for example.
