[#3434608] Automated and manual Drupal 11 fixes.

Limit the supported Drupal core versions to ones which will work with the new validator introduced in D10.2.

2.0.0 branch should be released as is, with just up to D10 support.

New 2.1.x or 3.x branch should be released with the changes included here.
