Issue #3080541 by gbyte: Exclude content with a "noindex" robots meta tag

Changes:

  • Get latest changes from 4.x branch (4.1.6 latest release)
  • Apply all work up to patch #51
  • Improve feature by checking 'noindex' metatag on translations also, since in some cases certain translations exist but for SEO requirements they cannot be indexed.
