First alpha release.

NOTE the release is not ready for production especially if migrating from 2.x but we appreciate help with testing.

Added fixes:

Added quick filter preSave to remove meta tags from body of an incoming story.

Given the media security updates that came into effect recently at Shorthand we've had to shift how thumbnails were handled; primarily we've implemented temporarily signed URLs for the widget to use and then (optionally) made it so that if a user wants to keep the thumbnail brought in by Shorthand it will replace the `{Shorthand Local}` aspect of the thumbnail url with the Drupal local file storage once the story has been acquired and storage associated.
If you're drupal site had been hot-linking these thumbnails they will need to be pulled in once again or referenced elsewhere.

Stories can now optionally host their media assets externally using a publish configuration in Shorthand.
This particular feature is geared towards those who have special storage or performance limitations with their Drupal hosting.

Additions:

• Added extra editable fields for meta data being imported from Shorthand.
• Slight updates to clarify install on README

Fixes

• Scrubbed references to API version - effectively all is "v2" but we'll be not strictly versioning our API unless in future there's a monumental change.

Drupal 8 and Drupal 9 support:

This is an initial release of the Shorthand integration for Drupal. Module is in a usable state, although some improvements may still be required.
