3613732 Corrected and issue with session deserialising.

Added fix for the session deserializer class so that PHP session strings were correctly decoded. Added tests to check for the session deserializer. Moved the test directory to tests, which is stipulated in Drupal testing standards. Updated the name of the SessionInspectorEventsTest class as this was being picked up by the testing system.
