#3534558: Synchronize configuration schema with current AI suite modules

This will request will sync the configuration schema for all dependency modules, so that the recipe configuration matches that of the configuration exported via each respective module. This pull request will also add the base AI Settings configuration. Additionally, this pull request will add the league/commonmark dependency so that HTML Markdown can be displayed as expected.
